After Office setup download, installation, and activation, you can easily manage it on all the devices. For this, log in to your Microsoft Office account at office.com/myaccountand open the Sharing page. Here, you will see Other People section; under this section, you can check and manage the users you have shared your Office subscription with.

This feature is usually required when you have purchased your Office subscription for five users and have already added five to it and now want to add one more. To accomplish this purpose, you have to stop sharing it with one of the previously added person and then add the new one.
